Your privacy

Sorelle is a quiet place to hear yourself. What you share here is personal, so we keep it to the smallest circle we can, and we never sell it.

What we keep

• Your account: your email, and the way you sign in (email, Google or Apple).
• What you tell Sorelle about yourself: your name, birthday, how you identify, your voice choice and growth areas.
• Your journey: your journal answers, blueprint, path, daily steps, evening reflections, saved meditations, alarms and reminders.
• Your conversations with Sorelle, written and spoken (as text).
• If you turn it on, your cycle days. This is health information, and we treat it with extra care.
• How you use the app: when you open it, which parts you use, and how much the AI behind it costs. This record holds no words you wrote or said.

Who can see it

Only you. Your journey and conversations are locked to your account, so no other member can ever reach them. Our team does not read them either: our admin tools show only numbers, like how often the app is used and what it costs.

Who helps us run Sorelle

• Supabase stores your account and journey, in the European Union (Frankfurt).
• OpenAI writes Sorelle’s words and voice. When you ask her something, what she uses to answer is sent to OpenAI for that answer only. Under OpenAI’s API terms, this data is not used to train their models by default, and they keep it for a limited time for safety checks.
• Railway runs the app’s servers.
• Google or Apple, if you choose to sign in with them.
• Open-Meteo gives today’s weather if you allow your location. Only rough coordinates are sent.

Your choices

• Download everything you’ve shared, anytime: Profile → Download my data.
• Delete your account and everything you wrote, anytime: Profile → Delete my account. It’s gone right away and for good.
• Turn cycle tracking, reminders and location off whenever you like.

On this device

So the app opens instantly, it keeps a copy of your journey on your device. Signing out removes it. Recordings of your meditations are kept on the device only.
