What Sorelle is
Sorelle is a space for reflection, guided by AI. She offers journaling, gentle daily steps, meditations and conversation. She is not a therapist, doctor or counsellor, and what she says is not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out to someone you trust or to your local emergency services right away.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Your account is for you alone; keep your sign-in safe.
Using it kindly
- Don’t try to reach other members’ data, overload the service, or get around its limits.
- Don’t use Sorelle to create anything harmful or unlawful.
We may pause an account that breaks these terms.
Daily limits
Sorelle’s AI has a cost, so each plan has a daily amount of conversation, meditation and voice time. When it’s reached, you can continue the next day.
Your words stay yours
Everything you write and say belongs to you. You let us store and process it only to run Sorelle for you, as described in the Privacy page. You can download it or delete your account at any time.
AI can be wrong
Sorelle’s words come from an AI and may sometimes be inaccurate or not fit your situation. Trust your own judgement, and talk to a professional for anything important.
Changes
Sorelle is growing. We may change features, plans or these terms; if a change matters, we’ll tell you in the app first.
